Just fantastic. Found him from his reviews while searching Annandale so I figured it's fitting to leave him one as well, especially because the experience was so great. I called Steve and he was able to (over the phone) identify my type of stove, diagnose the problem, and order the part to repair it. He was right on time and sent me a text to give me a heads up he was on his way. He was in and out, clean, and very courteous. PLUS the price was just right. Thank you Steve, I will gladly recommend you!

Steve responded quickly. Set up appointment. Confirmed appointment before arriving.

He looked at my oven and said "If it was my oven" (I love it when a repair company or mechanic puts themselves in my shoes) "I would not repair it". He just didn't see the value in repairing vs replacing. This advice didn't help him pay his bill's or pay for the time to head my direction. It was invaluable to me though.

Steve's honesty is outstanding. Truly a stand up guy. I feel blessed that we have such wonderful business owner in our community.

I can't recommend him enough!! 10 stars in my book.

Steve has been our "go to repairman" since the mid-90s. He is fair, ethical, prompt and honest. He will tell you if it is better to replace your appliance than to repair it. Steve has taken care of our washing machine, stove, and just today our refrigerator. I called yesterday and he was out the same day. After ordering the needed part, he was out today to install. We are in St Michael.
